All Exchanges

new Updated September 30, 2026 This page as PDF

The "All Exchanges" layout opens one coin on every exchange you have: order books, charts, and time and sales in columns. How to open it, configure columns and linking groups.

“All Exchanges” is a layout that opens one coin across all your exchanges at once: one column per venue, each column showing a spot and/or futures order book, with a chart and tape above or below it. This way you can see where large orders are sitting, where price moved first, and where the spread is wider — without switching tabs.

The layout is opened via a button in the terminal or a lootx:// link from the website, screener, or bot.

What the layout shows

Each column is one exchange. Which exchanges and markets appear in the layout is up to you: in settings, you enable spot (S) and futures (F) for each venue. The layout can include Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, Gate.io, AsterDEX, Hyperliquid, MEXC, KuCoin, BingX, as well as Binance Alpha and Upbit — the latter two are view-only, no trading.

The terminal checks each exchange’s instrument list and automatically figures out how the coin is listed there: quoted in USDT or USDC, with a multiplier like 1000PEPE. If the coin isn’t listed on an exchange, that column is omitted. If the coin isn’t listed on any of the enabled exchanges, the layout won’t open.

Available exchanges depend on your plan — see Subscriptions.

How to open

  • Open ticker on all exchanges — button on the empty tab screen and at the bottom of the All Exchanges settings page. Opens the instrument picker.
  • Open on all exchanges — button in the instrument picker, right-click menu item on a panel header (order book, chart, tape, liquidity map), and action for selected screener rows.
  • Right-click a tile on the Market Map.
  • Hotkey Open on all exchanges — unassigned by default, see Hotkeys.
  • lootx:// link — below.

If the current tab is empty, the layout opens in it. A new window opens in the same state as the window you opened it from: maximized opens maximized.

s — coin, target — where to open: tab — new tab, window — new window. The target parameter in the link overrides the Open in setting. If the link names an exchange (t parameter), the layout uses only the coin from it — even if that exchange isn’t in the terminal.

lootx:// links work in the Windows terminal. For all parameters and examples, see Open Variants, section “Coin on all exchanges”.

Columns and linking groups

Each order book in the layout gets its own linking group (link color). The chart is in the same group as its order book, and the tape is in the chart’s group. So an exchange’s order book, chart, and tape always show the same coin.

What happens when you change the coin in one of the order books is determined by Mode:

  • Solo (default) — changing the coin in any order book changes it in all the others, and the layout rebuilds for the exchanges where the new coin is listed;
  • Normal — each order book changes independently.

For a general overview of linking groups, see Workspace.

Layout settings

“All Exchanges” settings page

  • Chart placement — list of exchanges. Row order is column order; drag rows with the mouse. S and F enable the exchange’s spot and futures order book; the menu on the right selects the chart: No chart, Spot, Futures, or All markets.
  • Open in — New tab or New window.
  • Mode — Solo or Normal.
  • Market order — which order book comes first in an exchange’s column: Spot → Futures or Futures → Spot.
  • Chart position — Below order book or Above order book.
  • Chart row height (px) — 60 to 600, applied immediately to all open layouts.
  • Tape — No tape, Above order book, Below order book, Above chart, or Below chart; next to it — Tape height, px.
  • Compression sync — off by default, see below.

Quick settings on the tab

Clicking the “All Exchanges” tab opens the quick settings window. Click a logo to enable or disable the entire exchange; click the S or F strip to toggle just that market. Changes apply immediately. A label next to an exchange means “Ticker not available on this exchange”.

Also there: Mode, Chart, Tape, chart Timeframe, Clusters (cluster timeframe, Default — as in settings), Spot (left or right in the pair), Alignment, Compression sync, and Hide exchanges without the coin. The last one creates a column only if the coin is confirmed by the exchange’s instrument list. Without it, an exchange whose list hasn’t loaded yet still gets a column. An empty order book is not considered a reason to hide an exchange — that can also happen due to a lost connection.

Units and compression per column

  • $ or lots — the choice is remembered per coin and applies to all exchanges, so columns show volumes in the same units.
  • Volume scale is separate for each exchange: liquidity on Binance and on a small exchange differs by orders of magnitude, so a common scale would make one of the columns unreadable. With Auto-volume enabled, the scale is calculated separately for each exchange’s order book.
  • Compression is individual for each order book by default. With Compression sync, changing compression via mouse wheel, buttons, or preset in one order book applies to all order books in the layout. In % mode, the same percentage is applied to each exchange — the visible price range matches even if tick sizes differ.

For details on scale and compression, see Order Book.

Limitations

  • Trading is only available on exchanges with a connected API key. Other columns show the market without trading, as do Binance Alpha and Upbit.
  • Until an exchange’s instrument list is loaded — for example, right after startup — its column is created without verification, and the order book may remain empty. If such columns are in the way, enable Hide exchanges without the coin.
  • A new tab is subject to the window’s overall tab limit.
  • lootx:// links do not work on macOS — open the layout using the button in the terminal.

FAQ

How do I open a coin on all exchanges?
Use the “Open on all exchanges” button in the instrument picker or in the right-click menu on a panel header. From the website or bot, use the link lootx://open/all-exchanges?s=ETHUSDT.
Why is one of the exchanges missing from my layout?
The coin isn’t listed on that exchange, or the exchange is disabled on the “All exchanges” settings page — there you can toggle spot (S) and futures (F) for each exchange.
Can I compress all order books in a layout at once?
Yes, enable “Compression sync.” Changing compression in one order book applies it to all of them; in % mode, the same percentage is applied to each exchange.
